
     1) How to develop further human capital in your organization?
Intellectual capital can be defined as the group of knowledge assets in the organization. Human capital is one of the categories in intellectual capital as it refers to the workers or organizational members who have the knowledge, skills, and experience within them. It also can be refers as tacit knowledge which it can be different interpretation of knowledge among the workers or it can be the same interpretation of the knowledge.
Human capital can be develop through several ways. Firstly, the organization can develop human capital through communities practice. This is the way that the organization can use to share the knowledge among their workers. The knowledge can be spread out through seminar or talk where there will be the expertise who can share their experience and knowledge among organizational members. In addition, the human capital can be develop through several discussion among their team members. It can create more understanding and increase participation among the organizational members.
Secondly, the organization can nurture and recognize the importance of having the human capital as the strategy to develop the human capital. This is because the organization will earn and receive the advantage in the future as they know on how to manage their human capital very well. The organization need to identify what the human capital want and need in order to develop and nurture them. Sometimes, the organization can improve the benefit to be given to the human capital to motivate and give the reward for the effort of their human capital. Thus, the performance and productivity of the human capital can be improved.
Lastly, the organization can provide resource to their human capital in order to enhance them in implementing their task. This can give the opportunities for the human capital to seek their potential to generate good outcomes for the organization. For example, the organization can provide resource to the workers in handling the project. The human capital will feel that the employer has trusted on them so much and this will result high motivation among the human capital to pursue in achieving the organizational goals.
       
In this question, we have selected FELDA Group as the example to demonstrate the plan in developing the human capital. FELDA Group was known as one of the largest agro based enterprises in Malaysia which they are focusing on producing palm oil products within and outside of our country such as in Pakistan, America, China, Sri Lanka, Thailand, Africa and London. FELDA Group has almost 19,000 employees, and 60 subsidiaries, associated and joint venture companies. The large numbers or human capital generates the organization to develop their human capital as this the key to success. 
Firstly, the FELDA Group has emphasized on training and development. This is kind of how the organization nurture and recognize the importance to develop their human capital. The training and development will ensure the employees to involve in continuous learning so that the organizational process will be much more efficient and effective. They has take the continuous learning as their corporate culture as they want each of their human capital understand on the important of the use of knowledge in implementing their task. For example, the FELDA Group will send their staff for training when there is the need to improve the skills and knowledge among their human capital.
Secondly, this organization also highlighted the essential of the use of communities practice by organizing seminar. This the way that the organization can develop more knowledge sharing among the workers as the seminar allow the employees to share their knowledge, skills and experience with organizational members. For example, when the organization has added new infrastructure in their organization, their own expertise will teach the employees on how to use the new system. The communities practice will encourage the human capital participation as they can express their opinion during the seminar and the organization will improve what has been left in their organizational process.
Last but not least, the organization has take the initiative in provide the resources to their workers so that the workers can easily do their task. Basically, FELDA Group has assigned the project with assisted their staff with particular resources. By that, the staff can see the potential on the project performance as they have received the accurate assistance while conducting the project. For example, the organization can provide the right devices so that the employees will do their task assignment easily.
As conclusion, the organization plays the importance role id managing and developing their human capital as the objective and the aims of the organization can be achieve effectively and efficiently.
